Could someone provide me information on obtaining antibodies
to SDS-PAGE purified (separated?) proteins.
I am running a non-denatyring SDS-PAGE to separate a 30 kD
protein from contaminants and wish to raise antibodies against this
protein in rabbits. The protein is not glycosylated.
I need to know hoew much protein is needed per band/s in order
to get a good antibody response and also the method of immunization.
