Has anybody out there worked with fluo-3? We find that some cells do not
label as well as others, specifically an NK cell line compared to normal
mononuclear cells. Our technique works well but not with our important NK
cell line. Any words of advice on how to load these cells would be more
than welcome. Please feel free to reply by email
