Our lab is doing Northerns looking for CD8 mRNA expression using Lyt 2
sequence as a probe. Preliminary results are showing two bands
approximately 2.5 kb and 3-3.5 kb. Does anyone know if there is an
alternate transcript? Can you suggest a current reference? Thanks.
