I would like to know if anyone can provide us with info or direct us to an
appropraiate database/site for available proteases for use in peptide
mapping. We have two proteins of about 200 residues each with 4 and 6
disulfide bonds (yes, 8 and 12 cys's) secreted by Ecoli. We would like to
determine the disulfide bond pattern/formation. Any suggestions would be
welcome. Thanks.
