for specific target? if not, thiol (HS-) targeting (N-maleimide derivatized
biotin, from sigma) biotinylation is considered to be mild,
efficient reaction for cells. in brief, disolve the activated biotin in
DMSO then add to you cell suspensiion at pH 7 (NB:DMSO<5% in total
volume) at room temperature for 6-12 hr.
