I reckon that to purify your polyclonals you will have to use
affinity chromatography with bound ligand. How about precipitating
your polys from the serum with ammonium sulphate then use Cyanogen
Bromide activated sepharose with your ligand bound to it.
If you phone Sigma or Pharamcia technical they should be able to
advise you which bead and linker to use for your ligand.
