In theory one effecto cell should be sufficient, since after its stimulation
it will become activated and will divide to higher cell numbers. In regards
to immune surveillance, the immune cells will become activated by any
antigen that its presented in the "correct" way, unless those cell
precursors have been deleted in the thymus.
