Hi netters-
We are interested in quantifying interferon alpha/beta receptors in
mouse brain and lymphoid tissue. We have considered quantitative PCR, but
would like to explore other, less painful procedures such as Southerns,
but have not located appropriate probes. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated; in particular, if anyone has a probe or an antibody to the
mouse IFNAR, we'd love to hear about it.
