Mouse TCRVbeta profiles ?

Hai

I am interested in knowing if there are published reports on the expression
profiles of TCRVbeta genes in inbred mouse strains such as C3H, CBA, B10.BR
or SJL.

I am curious to know if any one has ever examined mouse thyroids ; do
they contain ectopic thymic tissue in every mouse ?; if not uncommon, how 
frequently they are seen?.
