Gail,

I believe there is a company in the northwest called VMRD (or something like that)
that carries lots of animal antibodies, and I would bet they have one for K9 eos.
I can probably track down their number if you haven't already checked with them.

The other idea is to use depolarized 90 degree scatter--there is a description of the
setup in Howard Shapiro's PRACTICAL FLOW CYTOMETRY.  I'll be able to tell
you more soon, cause I'm going to be trying this with cats, (as soon as I get the
filters!)  Good luck,
