Regarding combining electrophoresis of DNA with ouchterlony: sounds
do-able.
I would look into using some sort of rocket immunoelectrophoresis.
Much faster and it would combine the two steps into one. I think it
would be ideal method for this type of test. ( An oldie but a
goodie). My newsreader did not post the address of the original
