I'm planning a new project on the effect of HIV proteins on T cells. I will needthe reagents listed below, and would be grateful if anyone could tell me where to get it:
cDNA for HIV gp120 (or gp160).
Antibodies/hybridoma against HIV-1 gp120
Antibodies against HIV-1 tat protein.
a eukaryotic plasmit to test HIV tat protein, eg an LTR-Luciferase plasmid.
Antibodies against CD26
