I have heard that KPL's p-NPP (p-Nitrophenylphosphate) Microwell ELISA
Substrate is supposed to work well. It's supplied as a kit (p-NPP tablets,
and Diethanolamine buffer concentrate).

They can be reached at the following address:
Kirkegaard & Perry Laboratories
2 Cessna Court
Gaithersburg, MD 20879
(301) 948-7755 (phone)
(301) 948-0169 (FAX)

I hope this helps!

Christina
