Beware that antigenicity and immunogenicity are not the same. Programs
that predicts antigenicity  - B-cell epitopes - are numerous see also
Peptide Antigens - A practical approach Edited by G.B.Wisdom Chapter 
review article (ISBN 0-19-963451-3 IRL Press)

Programs that predicts T-cell epitopes - immunogenicity - can hardly be
used with confidence
