Does anyone have a reproducible method to transiently transfect
purified peripheral blood monocytes ?
We have tried lipofectin, DEAE-Dextran, Calcium phosphate
and electroporation but none of these give high enough levels
of reporter gene expression using a very strong promoter.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
