Hi all,
Is there anyone out there using SLA (B-ebv) cells? We seem to be
having a problem keeping our cultures going. The cells will grow for
a couple of weeks but then their division rate slows, and they die.
We have tried several different FCSs with no luck. Does anyone out
there heve any special tricks for keeping these cells going?
Any help or info would be welcomed.
