Dear immunologists,
Does anyone outthere know or have an idea about the frequency of B
cells positive for different interleukin receptors, especially IL-2R (alpha
and beta), IL-4R, IL-5R (high affinity), IL-6R. I am interested to know
the info, for preferably in an in vivo situation, otherwise in vitro is
fine too. I am trying to estimate the frequency of these cells in an
immune response. Thanks for your help.
