HELP! IL-2 producing mouse cell line.

 I want to use RNA from the IL-2 producing cell line( mouse) to use as
 a control along with RNA from mouse splenocyte RNA in my Northern Blots.  To
my knowledge I found EL-4.IL-2 (mouse thymoma) and LBRM-33.4A2 (mouse lymphoma)
cell lines, which produce good amounts of IL-2. I would like to Know, 1.  which
 cell line is best for production of mouse IL-2 mRNA?. 2.  Which is easier to
 grow? 3.  Is there anyother cell line which is better than these cell
lines? and 4.  which supernatant is better to grow CTLL-2 (IL-2 dependent) cell
line?.  I wil appreciate your help.
