HELP! IL-2 producing mouse cell line.

Ravi:

I have no experience with mRNA preps from EL-4.IL2, nor do I have 
experience with the other cell line you mentioned.  But, I do know 
that EL4.IL2 is a very good line for producing sups for growth of
CTLL-2 cells.  We grow cloned CTL lines in our lab, and have used
EL4.IL2 cells for many years with good success.
