The incubation time of phosphotyrosine Ab?

I want to know exact incubation time of 4G10 Ab from UBI. The patterns of 
phosphorylated proteins detected by 4G10 were changed depending on the i
incubation time of 4G10 when the same blot was used after strippping.
What's the problem, please let me know.
