I would like some help in locating a neutralizing
anti-P-selectin monoclonal antibody that reacts with mouse (and
possibly higher species). We have been working with peptide
selectin antagonists and selectin-imunoglobulin chimeras that
block selectin-dependent leukocyte adhesion and would like to
do a side-by-side comparison of these compounds with a
monoclonal in animal models. Since I am at Centocor , an
industrial source of such an antibody (such as Roche's
monoclonals) would be difficult to arrange.
If anyone has such an antibody, or can point me in the
right direction, I would appreciate your assistance. You can
