I am interested in a statistics program for a PC that will
handle fairly complex statistics and curve fitting.
Applications would include analysis of multiple dose-response
curves from in vitro and in vivo studies, calculation of IC50
values and pharmacokinetics data. It should run under windows,
be able to import spreadsheet data (Excel or Lotus 1-2-3) and
have both tabular and graphic output. Has anyone had any good
or bad experiences they could share or recommendations they
could make.
