Has anyone here heard of (or done) someone transducing
macrophages with replication incompetent retroviruses to express a
transgene? I know it has been done with hybridomas, but I'm looking to
reintroduce the cells into animals and am skeptical of hybridomas working
for this purpose. Any replies would be appreciated.
