Does anyone know if there is a collection/list/database of all of the T
cell receptor - variable/diversity/joining/constant region, nucleic acid
sequences which I can access? Genebank gives information about sequences
for different T cell clones, but not a complete list for each section of
the receptor. Text books only give general information about the number
of families. I'd be grateful for any help.
