Hi, I am glad to know that you are also interested in RPAS. I used this
kit to produce a phage antibody library of a SLE patient, hoping to fish
out the anti-anti-DNA antibodies. Since this kit is primarily for murine
system, I have to design primers which can be sourced from the Kabat's
sequence collection. A very good book called "Antibody Engineering, 2nd
Ed, 1995" described all the experimental details for this work. I would
be grateful if you could E-mail to me to share your research experience.
