Has anyone raised polyclonal anti-human IL8 in rabbits? I was lokking for tips on how best to prepare the IL8 (e.g couple to KLH, IgG or trypsin cleave) and what dose regime to use. Any advice gratefully received Adam Finn Paediatrics SHeffield
