The best source for human TCR beta sequences can be obtained from Wei et
al. in Immunogenetics (with Mary Ann Robinson) this publication has
the additional benefit of a table showing the correspondence of clone
names with the new nomenclature established last year.
When you do your search, keep in mind that the nomenclature for all
of the TCR loci has not been stable throughout the years,
particularly for the gamma locus.
