IÕm a summer student working on a project involving IL12. The first step,
obviously, is to clone it from RNA harvested from tissue culture. IÕve
managed to RT-PCR IL12B, but 12A remains lost in the deep. IÕve tried 145
different reactions, and IÕd appreciate any advice on primer sequences,
reaction conditions, cell lines used etc. Please! IÕm at my wits end!
