We have a position available immediately on a project designed to set up a SCID
mouse model of human RA and evaluate possible gene therapy approaches, mostly
targetted at controlling TNF poduction.

The position is funded for 15 months with probable renewal for a further year.

Continuation thereafter would require a new grant.

Ideally, the appointee will have experience in handling SCID mice, vector
construction, cell culture and immunohistochemistry. However, we'll certainly
consider other *related* skills and take the best combination.

The position is with the University Departments of Surgery and Medicine
at University of Glasgow, Scotland.
