It is my understanding that MHC Class II is pretty trypsin-resistant (I've 
used trypsin on cells for FACS and detected decent amounts of A(k) ).  If
you are concerned, you can try just using EDTA to lift the cells (many 
adhesion molecules require divalent cations to work).
