Matthew, Bovine IgG contamination is a constant problem. I'm not sure
about Prot G , it will depend on the relative affinities of the bovine
vs. your product. A and G are worth a try. Max load the resin and run
very slowly (20 cmhr) If the G4 affinity is higher it may help to displace
the bIgG. Also, I have had success in the past using HIC resins to
separate Product IgG from Bovine using very small difference in salt conc.
(2-5%). Good luck.
