Has anyone tried this assay for measuring IL-4? It is meant to be
more economical, allowing about 15 plates to be measured, but both we and
another local lab cannot get OD's above 0,3-depite following the
recommended protocol.
Has anyone got it to work? Any special advice? Any help would be
gratefully appreciated.
