Hello Netters;
I have been working on recombinant antibody. At a round-table session in
tenth international conference of AIDS in last summer, Dr. Gallo of NIH
talked about gene therapy on AIDS, and reported his team's work that
intracellular expression of antibody Fab which inhibits reverse
trasnscriptase of HIV-1 reduced the replication of infected virus strongly.
I have been waiting for a publication of this work. Although I checked
publications regularly, I might have missed it. I would much appreciate
the information of the publication or any related suggestion concerning
this work. Thank you in advance.
