I would appreciate any information about the amount of antibodies against cytokines (preferably IFNg and IL-4) to deplete them in the mice (C57BL and BALB/c). How should I confirm that the depletion was successful. Thanks in advance. Cheol H. YUN yun at saks.usask.ca
