Pharmingin do cytokine antibody pairs, they don't have IL-7, but they do
have TNFalpha. I use their antibodies to detect human cytokines and have
found them reliable. They provide a fairly good protocol with their
reagents, although I would add 100ul of first antibosy rather than 50ul.
Their ELISAs work out at about 10pounds/plate, with Immulon4 ELISA
plates.
In the UK their suppliers are Cambridge Bioscience, but no doubt you can
buy direct in the states.
