Genzyme use different antibodies in the duoset than in their kits (which always work, but cost
300-400 pounds per plate). This looks abit suspect. We also heard rumours of 'problems with
specificity'.
Now I use a pair of antibodies from Pharmingin. The antibodies work out at about
500-600pounds/pair. You get 500ug of each, which is fairly cheap on a plate by plate front.
They rather unhelpfully don't have any distributers in Africa, but heres the UK contact:
