Don't know if this will help you at all (or you may
already be familiar with this info.), but in Jan. 1995 Reed et.
al. in La Jolla demonstrated that tranfection with bag-1 into
Jurkat cells (previously transfected with bcl-2) resulted in
suppression of cell death (actually increased viability) to
anti-Fas mAb and to CTL mediated killing. However,
tranfection experiments in your condition may not be desirable
or feesible.
