I am trying to stain different mouse tissues for the fas antigen
(receptor) by immunohistochemistry. The antibody I am using is made in
hamster and is the JO2 antibody. My secondary antibodies are from Vector
and from Southern Biotech. I have not had any success using either of
these, even on thymus tissue. Does anyone have any experience staining
for fas by immunohistochemistry? What is the pattern of staining seen in
thymus (cortex?) and spleen? Thanks in advance. Help me please.
