Hello,
We're planning on preparing a rat cyclophilin A/GST fusion protein
from pGEX2T in E.Coli BL21. We want to use it for its prolyl-isomerase
activity in an in vitro system. Anybody out there try this and
fail (ie; prolyl isomerase activity dead from protein produced in
E.Coli)? Any suggestions for a better way to express/purify the
cyclophilin A protein?
I'd be grateful for a direct email reply.
