Hello all. I have been looking for mAbs that are specific for
the variable region of either the gamma or delta chain of murine
T cell receptors. I've found a few available (V gamma 2, V gamma
3, V delta 4, and V gamma 5) but not very many. I wish to do
some repertoire analysis on gamma-delta pos. IEL's, and would
rather do this via flow cytometry than RT-PCR analysis. Does
anyone out there know of any others available or someone to
contact?
