Does anyone know if assignments have been made for the transmembrane
regions of the alpha-one subunit of the L-type calcium channel. I am
trying to design peptides for the alpha-one subunit, and I need to know
the extracellular, intracellular, and transmembrane sequences of the
alpha-one subunit of the L-type calcium channel. If there are papers
written on the structure and sequence of the alpha-one calcium channel,
them please e-mail me back....Your help is greatly appreciated....Thanks
