Hi all, A dead simple question for those who know: Can some one let me know the acceptable range of rat peripheral blood lymphocyte (PBL) phenotype level in normal. We have been working on rat spleen cells and human PBL. The markers we are looking for CD3, CD4, CD8, CD25. Many thanks
