Looking for PLG

Hi!

I am a Grad student at the University of South Florida attempting to
produce a vaccine. The adjuvants that I would like to try are
microparticles and liposomes. The microparticles are prepared from a polymer
which I am having trouble locating. The common name is PLG, and this
stands for poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide). In the literature that I have
read the company has been listed as Boehringer Ingelheim KG in Germany.
I have talked with representatives here in the US with no luck. If
anyone could help me locate this it would be appreciated.

Also, the preparation of both the microparticles appears to be simple, yet
difficult ( if that makes any sense! ), if anyone with experience in the
preparation of either has any comments or suggestions please feel free to
send them!

Thanks in advance,

Ken Janes <janes at chuma.usf.cas.edu>
