More than likely your monoclonals will cross react. Ref to 
Proceedings of the Intl Workshops-3rd almost out- on Leukocyte 
Antigens in Cattle and Sheep (in Vet Immunology and Immunopathology), 
to illustrate degree of crossreactivity in a number of Mabs. Rob.
