I need an advice from Ig-specialists. I tried to determine IgG2a in the sera of C57BL-6 mice and I could not detect anything. The tests is working since I can clearly detect IgG2a antibodies in the sera of BALB/c mice. Can somebody help me to explain this observation? Ingrid
