I have produced a set of recombinant Fabs which are expressed and end up
in the bacterial supernatent. Short of purifying large amounts of the
Fab, is there a method for determining the affinities of all these clones
I have so I know which one is useful? Any suggestions or literature
sources would be greatly appreciated. If you prefer you can respond to my
