Morphologically we have identified dendritic cells as an important source
of IL-6 in draining lymph nodes, but the absence of good markers is a
problem. Because of the problems we have experienced with double
staining, what we would really like to use is a depleting antibody. Can
anyone recommend a good depleting antibody for murine dendritics cells
please, and where to source it?
