Although I don't know exactly which cassette was used, more than
likely, a pMC1Neo neo fragment was used in the production of these
knockout mice. You can get the sequence for the neo resistance
gene from the GenBank databases; look under neomycin
phosphotransferase. Another option is to call up Stratagene. They
have the entire sequence of the gene on their computers and they
can provide you with a copy. If you need more info, let me
know.
