Hi:
Does anybody know of a source for an anti-mouse Fas antibody that can be
used for western blotting? We're using Jo2 from Pharmingen to induce
apoptosis and for FACS and immunoprecipitations, but it apprently
recognizes a conformational epitope which is destroyed upon
denaturation. We'd really like to be able to find a commercial source
for a peptide-specific epitope of mouse Fas. Any suggestions/info would
be greatly appreciated.
