I do not know of any literature suggesting that IL10 is a switch factor
for IgE. The only known switch factors for IgE are IL4 in the mouse, and
IL4 and IL13 in the human. The IL4 knockout mice are reportedly
completely deficient in IgE. For switching articles you can search Cliff
Snapper; his refs will have other recent refs. IL10 is an enhancer of,
but probably not a switch factor for IgA. Do you know of anything
suggesting that IL10 causes switching to IgE?
